"We wanted our day to feel personable—like we just gathered a few friends and family together for a backyard dinner. Justin and I love history and antiques, so Everhope Plantation felt like it could be a part of our story, our history. We are both very close to our families and we wanted them to feel like our wedding day was just as much about them than us. We even handpicked everyone's favorite music so that there were plenty of special moments that caught our families attention throughout the night." -Victoria.
This wedding is so special to my heart. It was filled with so much sweet emotion and I've never seen a bond stronger than the relationships Victoria and Justin have with their families and friends. If I could wake up and document this wedding over and over, I would.
"This day was more than just a wedding, it was a fresh start. I cried when I saw everyone that day but when I saw him, I couldn't cry! It was like everything felt so right and calm. He brings out the best part of me." - Victoria
Right before Victoria's father walked her down the aisle, I saw them kissing each other's hands. "This day was hard for my day because I'm his 'baby girl." I'd never seen him cry before my wedding day and when he told me they were happy tears my heart melted." - Victoria
Victoria's father spent the entirety of their her and Justin's engagement building these harvest tables for her wedding day.
Victoria and Justin love this image because it reveals a lot about their personalities, how they balance each other out and why they are a perfect match for each other. "There's pure excitement on his face and a bit of worry and hesitation on mine. I'm a planner and more cautious and he's a free spirit."
Victoria and Justin danced to the first song they listened to togther, "You Got What I Need" by Joshua Radin.
